Holness Tours Montego Bay


Prime Minister Andrew Holness is this afternoon making an appeal to citizens and business interest in Montego Bay to render assistance to the police force, this after a week of murders in the second city.

The Prime Minister says trust has to be built, he said the steps must be taken to reassure the public that the police does not have any link to the criminals.


Mr Holness was speaking at a press conference in Montego Bay after touring the city with Minister of National Security Robert Montaque, Attorney General  Marlene Malahoo Forte, Minister without Portfolio Horace Chang, Police Commissioner Karl Williams and members of the army.
