McKenzie Chides PNP
Member of Parliament for West Kingston, Desmond Mckenzie is this evening criticizing the governing People’s National Party over its claim that drug King Pin Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke is the cause of the crime problem in the country.
Mr. McKenzie’s challenge came after Finance Minister Peter Phillips made a statement at a PNP rally in St Mary recently where he said that the JLP failed to attract international leaders to Jamaica because of the extradition affair surrounding Christopher ‘Dudus’ Coke.
“The PNP should tell the country who name “Bebe”. Who was Bebe? He was not an ordinary comrade, he was an executive member of the PNP,” said McKenzie.
Bebe, whose real name was Kenrick Stephenson is the former vice-chairman of the PNP’s West Central St James constituency who was killed in May last year by gangsters.
The authorities described Kenrick Stephenson as a prominent lottery scammer in St James.
